1- Exercise

We all love watching sports like soccer, and it’s no wonder that the word “fat-burning” is so associated with a sport like football or baseball (I know, I’m being silly). But, even though exercising can be an effective way to lose fat, many individuals find it a little difficult to keep up the high energy demands of a sport requiring high intensities.

If you’re like the rest of us, your best option is to find an activity that’s fast, easy to maintain, or both. I recommend taking a spin class. It will get your heart rate up, put your hands in the air, and leave you wanting to do more.

2- Eat a Low-Fat, High-Carb Diet

We now know that fat is not a bad thing. It is, in fact, a component of a healthy and balanced diet. However, not all fat is created equal. In other words, not all fat is created equal! That doesn’t mean that it’s bad for you to not eat a lot of fat, though. If you’re worried about weight loss because you have a lot of fat around your belly, eat less of it first.

Here are the rules to follow when eating more fat:

Eat fewer than 10% of your calories from saturated fat . If you are a healthy weight , reduce the amount of saturated fat in your diet to a maximum between 10% and 20%. If you are overweight or obese, reduce your saturated fat intake to less than 10% of your total caloric intake.
